When we partner with buy-side intermediaries, we are looking for a partner that can help us grow our franchise. We value buy-side relationships and understand the hard work they perform, and the strong relationships they build with company owners.

Our experience and expertise lies in working directly with talented management teams at high-potential companies to effectively maximize their value as investments. While we have clearly defined add-on initiatives for our portfolio companies, we know that effectively sourcing those companies can be like finding a needle-in-a-haystack. We recognize that we cannot source all transactions across the country and we will gladly pay fees for the value that strong buy-side experience can add.

Our reputation is built on doing what we say we will do. We see our relationships with brokers as integral to our continued sourcing efforts.
