David Schroeder is an independent consultant that has been providing his expert advice to Baird Capital for over 10 years. He works with our Portfolio Operations team providing strategic advice to the General Partner of the partnerships, assists with our evaluation of investment opportunities and works with our team to build value within the existing portfolio. In select situations, Dave may also be engaged directly by portfolio companies in board roles and/or as a direct consultant to those companies.

Dave is Principal of Corvus Advisors, where he provides executive-level support in business planning and measurement, change management and strategy formulation. His extensive previous experience includes roles as president and CEO of Intermatic, Inc., in Spring Grove, Illinois; group vice president and then senior vice president and CFO of Brady Corp. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and president and CEO of Uniroyal Adhesives and Sealants Company in Mishawaka, Indiana. Dave received his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan.
