Portfolio Company Newmarket Strategy Acquires Visible Analytics
Baird Capital portfolio company Newmarket Strategy (“Newmarket”) recently announced the acquisition of Visible Analytics, a specialist consultancy with deep expertise in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and advanced data analytics. The acquisition further strengthens Newmarket’s position in UK health policy and market access, adding differentiated technical capabilities that complement its strategic advisory offering. Together, they will provide clients with a fully integrated market access solution, spanning commercial strategy, policy engagement, reimbursement, HEOR, market entry and value communications.
