Erin Jelenchick, Global Head of Finance & Operations

Erin Jelenchick is Global Head of Finance & Operations for Baird Capital, where she leads the firm’s Finance function and oversees business Operations strategy and execution. She brings nearly two decades of experience at Baird, having joined the firm in 2006 and held multiple roles within Finance, including overseeing the Baird Capital back office and serving on the senior leadership team. Prior to joining Baird, Erin began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen LLP and Grant Thornton LLP.

Erin is deeply committed to inclusion, diversity, and community engagement. She serves as Finance Chair and a board member of PEARLS for Teen Girls in Milwaukee and as Vice President of the Whitefish Bay Public Library Board. She was previously the Chair of Ascend, Baird’s women’s Associate Resource Group.

Erin is a CPA and earned both her B.A. and M.P.A. in accountancy from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
