Erin Jelenchick, Global Head of Finance

Erin Jelenchick is Global Head of Finance for Baird Capital. She has been at Baird since 2006. Prior to joining Baird Capital in 2024, she held a variety of roles in Baird’s Finance department including overseeing the back office for Baird Capital, while most recently serving on the senior leadership team. Prior to Baird, Erin spent the first part of her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen LLP and Grant Thornton LLP.

Erin has a passion for inclusion & diversity and being involved in the community. She is the finance chair and a board member of PEARLS for Teen Girls in Milwaukee and a board member of the Whitefish Bay Public Library. She is also a past chair of Ascend, Baird’s women’s Associate Resource Group.

Erin is a CPA and earned both her B.A. and M.P.A. in accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
