John Gruszka, Senior Financial & Tax Analyst

John Gruszka is the Senior Financial & Tax Analyst on the Baird Capital’s Finance team. His primary responsibilities include assisting with financial reporting and tax compliance for our private equity funds. Prior to joining Baird in 2019, John spent two years as an accounting associate focusing on general ledger accounting at Roundy’s Supermarkets and nearly two years at a local tax firm focusing on individual tax returns and partnership tax returns.

John attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee where he received bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance. He also received his graduate degree in professional accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. John is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Wisconsin.
