Madelyn Marquardt, Business Development Analyst

Madelyn Marquardt is a Business Development Analyst on the Baird Capital team. Madelyn focuses primarily on deal origination in key investment ecosystems as well as supporting investor relations efforts across the Venture Capital and Global Private Equity portfolios. Prior to joining Baird Capital in 2024, Madelyn spent three years working in Baird’s Institutional Equities & Research department as an event planner on the Conference Services team. Madelyn attended Marquette University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in corporate communication from the Diederich College of Communication.
