Michelle Duerr, Senior Manager – Fund Finance & Tax

Michelle Duerr is a Senior Manager on the Baird Capital Finance team. In her role, Michelle oversees Baird Capital’s back-office finance team, provides strategic oversight for fund accounting and operations processes, and manages all tax compliance for our private equity funds, including external tax reporting for our limited partners. Before joining Baird in 2017, Michelle spent nine years at a multi-family office serving high-net-worth families and focused on tax compliance/consulting, personal accounting, and estate planning.

Michelle earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Wisconsin.
