Pranav Sethuraman, Vice President – Research & Knowledge Management

Pranav Sethuraman is the Vice President of Research & Knowledge Management for Baird Capital. He is responsible for managing the firm’s market intelligence, investment thesis development, and strategic and executive network initiatives to drive value throughout the investment lifecycle. Before joining Baird Capital in 2025, Pranav was part of Baird’s Leadership Development Program where he spent two years across various business units within the firm including Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Fixed Income and Baird Capital. Prior to joining Baird in 2022, Pranav worked at JLL.

He received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. from the George Washington University.
