Rebecca Shepherd, Investment Manager

Rebecca Shepherd joined Baird Capital in September 2026 as an Investment Manager on the Global Private Equity team. Based in London, she is involved in sourcing and executing investment opportunities and works with portfolio companies to support their growth. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Rebecca was on the investment team at Cow Corner, a UK buyout fund investing in business-critical software and business services companies. At Cow Corner she executed several transactions across platform acquisitions, bolt-ons, and exits, and held board roles driving business building initiatives and M&A strategy across select portfolio companies. Before Cow Corner, she was an Investment Associate at Cambridge Associates, focused on primary fund diligence and co-investments.

Rebecca holds an MSc with distinction in Development Economics from SOAS University of London and a BSc in Economics and Business Management from Università Cattolica in Milan. Rebecca is also a native Italian speaker and fluent in Spanish.
