Baird Capital Hires Louise Kingston, Director Within Global Portfolio Operations

LONDON–10 Jan 2021– Baird Capital, the global private equity and venture capital arm of Baird, is pleased to announce that Louise Kingston has joined its London office as a Director with the Global Portfolio Operations team. Kingston will focus on supporting UK-based investee companies. 

Kingston joins Baird Capital from the mid-market private firm Livingbridge, where she spent eight years as an Investment Director within the company’s Value Strategy Group. She has extensive experience defining and executing value creation strategies within investee companies. Kingston is a skilled non-executive director, having sat on the boards of 4-5 portfolio companies at any one time. Before this role, she was an Investment Manager at lower mid-market private equity firm Risk Capital Partners. Before that, she worked for Ernst & Young in their TMT Corporate Finance Advisory team.
