A qualified U.K. Chartered Accountant, Andy has significant general management and financial management experience gained at both the executive and non-executive level in quoted, private and private equity-backed businesses. Andy has a successful track record of driving growth and building shareholder value in internationally focused, multi-site, people-centric service businesses, with particular experience within the human capital and consulting sectors. Andy has experience in driving growth through organic greenfield start-ups across the globe and through leading transformational corporate transactions, having completed over fifty acquisitions in both public and private domains. Andy has been involved with Baird Capital portfolio companies The SR Group and Aura Futures and has previously held NED roles in other private equity-backed businesses, including Red Commerce and eg Solutions. Prior to pursuing a portfolio career, Andy held senior executive positions with a number of companies including the Manpower Group and Hays Plc. Andy is a graduate of Swansea University.
