Anika Allen, Business Development Specialist

Anika Marie Allen is the Business Development Specialist for Baird Capital. She focuses on supporting the firm’s investment sourcing efforts and strategic relationship initiatives. Prior to joining Baird Capital in 2025 Anika was a Senior Marketing and Project Support Coordinator at William Blair in the Investment Banking Group.

Anika Allen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of North Florida.
