Matt Gura is a Senior Associate with Baird Capital’s Venture Capital team. Prior to joining Baird Capital in 2020, Matt was an investment banking analyst at Baird, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings for clients within the Technology & Services sector. His responsibilities included detailed financial analysis and valuation, deal execution, preparation of marketing documents, due diligence and industry and company research. Matt graduated with a B.S. in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
