Mike Frenkel, Vice President

Mike Frenkel is a Vice President with Baird Capital’s Global Private Equity team. Prior to joining Baird Capital in 2025, Mike was a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital, focusing on transaction evaluation and execution, portfolio management, and value creation initiatives for investments in a variety of industries for the Lower Middle Market Fund. Prior to H.I.G. Capital, Mike was a member of the investment team at Twin Point Capital, a private equity firm focused on media, communications, and business-services assets, and an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Partners. Mike received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance and Statistics from the New York University Stern School of Business.
