Sophie Morris, Financial Analyst

Sophie Morris is a Financial Analyst in Baird Capital’s team. Sophie is focused on internal and external reporting for the Baird Capital funds, including partnership financial statements, portfolio company quarterly reporting, generating capital calls and distributions, funding portfolio company investments, calculating investment performance metrics, and assisting with the year-end audit and tax work.

Prior to joining Baird in 2025, Sophie attended Ave Maria University where she graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in accounting.
