Tanmay Rao, Associate

Tanmay Rao is an Associate on Baird Capital’s Global Private Equity team. Prior to joining Baird Capital in 2025, Tanmay worked across RCP Advisors' equity co-investment and secondaries funds as an associate responsible for investment analysis, due diligence, valuation and deal execution. Tanmay began his career as an investment banking analyst at William Blair and previously received a B.A. in economics and philosophy from the University of Chicago.
