Zahra Rodrigues, Executive Assistant

Zahra Rodrigues joined Baird Capital in 2025 as an Executive Assistant supporting the UK Private Equity team in the firm’s London office. She supports the team’s broader operational, strategic, and investment activities. She also co-leads the marketing and business development initiatives for the London investment team. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Zahra worked in Financial Services for ten years, including Wellington Management for seven years.

She graduated with a degree in Business Administration from State University of New York.
